Meet Grace Griffin, the lady behind the most adorable miniature books ever! I featured some of her books on my blog awhile back, and she kindly sent me a thank-you gift - all seven books from the Harry Potter series, in miniature! Of course I wanted to feature her after that. Enjoy!
1. Okay, first thing's first. What's your name, where are you from, and what's one random fact about you?
My name is Grace Griffin. Originally I'm from New England, but I've been living in New Mexico since I was a teenager, up until a year or so ago when I moved to Indiana (however, I'm moving back to New Mexico this summer, yay!)
2. What is the name of your shop, and what is it that you sell?
My business is called TreeFeathers, and I make artisan dollhouse miniatures for collectors. I most enjoy making old-fashioned toys and Christmas items, but my real specialty is miniature books.
3. What inspired you to start your shop, and what inspires your items?
I've been into miniatures as a hobby since I was a child. Workwise, I spent 20 years working in finance and marketing, but I was never happy with it. After being laid off from the third job in a row, I finally decided to make a go of it with my own business.
4. What do you love most about Etsy?
I really like that it is arts-centered, and that buyers appreciate the skill, talent, and hard work that goes into the products for sale.
5. What are your five favorite items from other sellers on Etsy?
Only 5?! It's so hard to choose, I have so many things in my Favorites list! But right now the things at the top of my wishlist are probably:
Beaded Brass Gryphon Earrings

6. Have you made or been included in any awesome treasuries lately?
The 2 most recent treasuries:
7. What is your favorite item from your own shop, and why do you love it?
Well I tend to always like the most recent things I've made, so right now it would be my teeny-tiny card houses!

Tweezers and squinting and many little cards accidentally glued to my fingers, that's how! :P Thanks for the awesome post, Taylor, I really appreciate it! Glad you liked the Harry Potter books, too.
